对27例急性脑梗死患者随机分成口服赤子爱胜蚓酶治疗组和对照组,治疗一周后,白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)在治疗组均有明显延长;在纤溶系统的检查中,血纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)、纤溶酶原活性(PLG:c)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物的含量(t-PA:Ag)均明显升高,而纤溶酶抑制物的活性(α_2-PI:c)显著降低,对照组无明显改变。在临床上,口服赤子爱胜蚓酶组的患者神经功能缺损的恢复比对照组快,并且未发现不良反应,表明口服赤子爱胜蚓酶具有明显的抗凝和纤溶作用,能加速脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损的恢复。
A total of 27 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: control group, treatment group and control group. KPTT, PT, TT, (FDP), plasminogen activity (PLG: c), tissue plasminogen activator content (t-PA : Ag) were significantly increased, while the activity of plasmin inhibitor (α_2-PI: c) decreased significantly in the control group without significant change. Clinically, Oral Eisenia enzyme oral group of patients with neurological deficit recovery faster than the control group, and found no adverse reactions, that Euprytis erythriae enzyme has significant anticoagulant and fibrinolysis, can speed up cerebral infarction Recovery of neurological deficit in patients.
