基于当前高职院校学生课堂行为缺失现象,分析课堂文明行为缺失的主要原因,从学生管理角度提出:开展课堂文明建设要充分发挥学生党员和学生干部的模范带头作用、辅导员管理教育作用、专业教师优势教育作用及学校精细化管理作用,形成课堂文明教育的合力,推动课堂文明建设发展。 Based on the current phenomenon of students’ lack of classroom behaviors in vocational colleges and universities and the analysis of the main reasons for the lack of civilized behaviors in classrooms, this paper proposes from the point of view of student management that to carry out the construction of classroom civilizations, it is necessary to give full play to lead role of student party members and student leaders, The role of professional teachers in education and fine management of the role of the school to form a force of civilized education in the classroom to promote the construction of classroom civilization and development.
