In this paper, the use of anti-A and B oligomer monoclonal antibodies (McAb) analysis of its antigenic epitopes in the role of pertussis immunity. The method comprises the following steps: immunizing mice with detoxified pertussis toxin (Pгd), taking spleen cells fused with P3U1 myeloma cells by conventional methods, screening the positive hybridoma supernatant by enzyme immunoassay (EIA), selecting 3 strains (A4, A12, B9) for immunochemical, biological activity and other aspects of research.
