“供给侧改革”是当前各界关注的热词。基层干部教育培训事关党和国家事业发展全局,但在培训设计、师资队伍和培训资源等方面缺乏有效供给,不能满足基层干部日益增长的培训需求。基层干部教育培训要深化供给侧改革,抓住“创新”“人才”和“合作”三大培训要素,优化培训设计、建设师资队伍、整合培训资源,满足基层干部的培训需求。 “Supply-side reform ” is the hot topic of all walks of life. The education and training of grass-roots cadres are related to the overall development of the cause of the party and the state. However, they lack effective supply of training design, faculty and training resources and can not meet the growing training needs of grassroots cadres. Grassrole cadres’ education and training should deepen supply-side reform, grasp the three training elements of “innovation ” “talent ” and “cooperation ”, optimize training design, build up a team of teachers, integrate training resources and meet the training of grassroots cadres demand.
