目的:探讨64排螺旋CT对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断价值。方法:对49例经手术病理证实为胃肠道间质瘤患者的64排螺旋CT影像表现及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:49例胃肠道间质瘤分别位于食道2例、责门区2例、胃24例、十二指肠1例、空肠12例、回肠4例、直肠1例、肠系膜2例、后腹膜1例。CT图像显示肿瘤可位于腔外、腔内或跨腔内外生长,形态呈类圆形或不规则分叶状,大部分边界较清,其内部可发生囊变、坏死、出血、钙化等,增强后肿瘤均匀或不均匀强化。结论:64排CT密度分辨率高,经重建后的图像可多方位显示肿瘤的位置、形态、生长方式、瘤内构成及毗邻关系,MIP血管成像还可以显示肿瘤供血动脉及与邻近大血管的关系,为肿瘤的定位、定性及确定治疗方案提供有价值的信息。
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT for gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods: The clinical data of 49 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Conclusions: The density of 64-slice CT is high. The reconstructed images can display the location, shape, growth pattern, tumor structure and adjacent relationship of the tumor in different directions. MIP angiography can also display the tumor feeding artery and adjacent large vessels Relationship, for the tumor location, qualitative and determine the treatment program to provide valuable information.
