一年来,小学加强劳动教育已获得了一定的成绩。主要的收获是:第一、提高了教师的思想认识,初步明确了小学教育的目的和任务,重视了劳动教育。第二、使学生初步具有了爱劳动的思想品德,明确了学习的目的,对前途问题有了较正确的认识。今年(编者按:指1954年)毕业生除一部分升入中学外,其余大部分能安心参加生产或自学,有的并已在农业社会主义改造中发挥作用。第三、社会群众特别是学生家长,对文教方针和学生前途问题也有了一定的认识,多能拥护政府和学校加强劳动教育的措施。第四、在一定程度上提高了教学质量,并积累了进行劳动教育的经验,为今后经常的进行劳动教育打下了基础。
In the past year, some achievements have been made in strengthening primary education in labor education in primary schools. The main achievements are as follows: Firstly, teachers’ thinking is improved, the purpose and tasks of primary education are initially clarified, and labor education is valued. Second, to enable students to initially have the ideological and moral qualities of loving labor, to clarify the purpose of learning, and to have a more accurate understanding of the future. This year (Editor’s note: refers to 1954) Most of the graduates are able to attend production or self-study with ease except for part of their graduates. Some have already played their part in the socialist transformation of agriculture. Thirdly, the social masses, especially the parents of students, also have some understanding of the cultural and educational policies and the future of students, and they can certainly support the measures taken by the government and schools to step up labor education. Fourth, to a certain extent, it has improved the quality of teaching and accumulated experience in labor education, laying the foundation for regular labor education in the future.
