由于技术上的原因 ,“首先凝固点”很难观察到。通过在Bridgman法生长HgCdTe晶体过程中进行淬火 ,观察到尺寸较小的“首先凝固区域” ,其固液界面为凹形抛物面。
Due to technical reasons, “the first freezing point” is difficult to observe. By quenching during growth of HgCdTe crystals by the Bridgman method, a smaller “first solidified zone” was observed with a solid-liquid interface of concave paraboloid.
