目的 探讨癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原15 3(CA15 3)联合检测对提高99Tcm 亚甲基二膦酸盐(MDP) 全身骨扫描诊断乳腺癌骨转移特异性的价值。方法 对64例乳腺癌病人分别进行CEA、CA15 3检测及99Tcm MDP全身骨扫描检查,并进行对比分析。结果 乳腺癌无骨转移组CEA、CA15 3水平与正常对照组比较无明显 差异(P>0.05);乳腺癌伴骨转移组的CEA、CA15 3水平明显升高,与乳腺癌无骨转移组及正常人组比较差异均 呈非常显著性(P<0.01),并且随骨转移区域的增加CEA、CA15 3水平进一步升高。结论 在行全身骨显像的同 时,联合检测CEA、CA15 3水平能提高骨显像的特异性,减少误诊,特别是病灶孤立或较少时意义更大。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 15 3 (CA15 3) in the diagnosis of bone metastasis of breast cancer with 99Tcm total methylene diphosphonate (MDP). Methods Sixty-four patients with breast cancer were examined by CEA and CA15 3 and 99Tcm MDP whole body bone scan respectively. Results The levels of CEA and CA15 3 in breast cancer without bone metastasis were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P> 0.05). The levels of CEA and CA15 3 in breast cancer with bone metastasis were significantly higher than those without bone metastasis The difference between the normal group was very significant (P <0.01), and with the increase of bone metastases CEA, CA15 3 levels increased further. Conclusions While performing whole body bone imaging, the combined detection of CEA and CA15 3 levels can improve the specificity of bone imaging and reduce misdiagnosis, especially if the lesion is isolated or less.
