本发明公开了一种适用于称重测力传感器的应变片贴片装置。称重测力传感器上设有孔洞,贴片装置用于将应变片装配在孔洞内。贴片装置包括承载块和挤压块。承载块上设有至少一个应变片载体,应变片预设在应变片载体上,承载块的径向尺寸小于孔洞的径向尺寸,承载块可活动地设在孔洞内。挤压块可活动地设在孔洞内,适于被构造成在孔洞内可挤压承载块以使应变片载体上预设的应变片贴合在孔洞的内壁上。根据本发明实施例的适用于称重测力传感器的应变片贴片装置,结构简单、方便实用,适于工业化生产,可以应用到高深宽比的孔洞中应变片的粘贴。
