目的:为弄清鸡听觉末梢感受器的结构.方法:采用光镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜对鸡耳蜗结构进行观察.结果:鸡耳蜗管呈指状,远端是听壶,覆盖有耳石.耳蜗管横切面可见神经节(GC),上纤维软骨板(SFP),下纤维软骨板(IFP),基底乳头(BP)共同围成鼓阶(ScT);血管盖封闭中阶(ScM)且将中阶与前庭阶分开;BP中高毛细胞、矮毛细胞及支持细胞是鸡听觉感受器的主要部分,毛细胞表面呈六边形,由支持细胞包围,表面覆盖一层盖膜.结论:鸡耳蜗与哺乳动物耳蜗结构相似,又易于解剖,是研究毛细胞再生常用的动物模型.
Objective: To understand the structure of the chicken perinatal sensory receptors. Methods: The structure of chicken cochlea was observed with light microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results: The cochlear cochlear was finger-shaped and the far end was a listening pot covered with otoliths. The transverse section of the cochlear duct showed that the ganglion (GC), the upper fibrocartilage (SFP), the lower fibrocartilage (IFP) and the basilar papillae (ScT) The middle and the vestibular order; BP high hair cells, hair cells and supporting cells are the main part of the chicken auditory receptors, hair cells hexagonal surface, surrounded by supporting cells, the surface covered with a layer of membrane. Conclusion: The cochlea is similar to the mammalian cochlea and is easy to dissect. It is an animal model commonly used to study hair cell regeneration.
