海外电站工程项目采用EPC总承包形式已经成为主流,整个项目管理过程更加错综复杂,要想在激烈的市场竞争中保证可靠的利润水平,项目全周期的精细化管理已经成为一条必由之路。从项目投标阶段开始一直到项目最终移交业主,采用精细化管理可以最大程度规避项目实施风险,提升管理水平,为企业创造最大利润。基于此,提出了海外EPC总承包电站工程项目精细化管理对策。
Overseas EPC projects have become the mainstream of EPC projects. The entire project management process is more complex. To ensure a reliable profit level in the fierce market competition, refined management of project life cycle has become an inevitable choice. From the project bidding stage until the project is finally handed over to the owners, the use of meticulous management can minimize the risk of project implementation, enhance the management level and create maximum profit for the enterprise. Based on this, this paper puts forward the measures to finely manage the EPC projects in overseas EPC projects.
