目前档案管理在事业单位中没有得到很好的利用,很多单位也看不到档案管理存在的价值,导致档案管理无法发挥其应有的作用,致使档案的利用率非常低。在经济技术迅速发展的时代,档案管理没有及时创新紧跟时代发展,造成档案管理理念和设备比较落后,很难提高档案的利用率。事业单位的档案管理工作涉及到很多方面,与单位的很多工作都息息相关,比如招聘、工作考核、人才管理等等,这些工作都离不开档案管理部门的配合。我们要从思想上重视档案管理工作,发挥档案管理的优势,充分利用档案的有利因素,有效推动事业单位稳定可持续发展。

Archives management institutions involved in many aspects, and many of the units are closely related to work, such as recruitment, job evaluation, personnel management, etc., these are inseparable from the file management department. We should attach importance to the management of archives from the ideological point of view, bring into full play the advantages of archival management, make full use of the favorable factors of archives, and effectively promote the stable and sustainable development of institutions.
