目的分析2010年华阴市艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)门诊求询者基本情况及检测结果,为进一步提升VCT工作质量提供依据。方法面对面保密咨询,用统一的《检测咨询个案登记表》收集资料,SPSS11.5R软件包统计分析。结果 946名求询者中,男752,女194人;求询者类型中性接触占77.3%。有833人接受H IV检测,新发现H IV感染25例,其中22例为性接触传播。结论扩大宣传并结合外展服务,提高VCT覆盖面,加强早期检测及经性传播干预力度对艾滋病防控能起重要作用。
Objective To analyze the basic information and test results of the VCT counselors in Huayin in 2010, and provide the basis for further improving the quality of VCT work. Methods Face-to-face confidential counseling, with a unified “test counseling case registration form” to collect data, SPSS11.5R software package statistical analysis. Results Among the 946 inquires, 752 were male and 194 were female, with 77.3% of those seeking consultation. There were 833 people undergoing H IV test, newly found H IV infection in 25 cases, of which 22 cases of sexual contact transmission. Conclusions Expanding publicity and combining outreach services to improve VCT coverage and strengthen early detection and intervention through sexual transmission play an important role in AIDS prevention and control.
