通过整理与分析国内外文献,对大蒜素干预运动性疲劳的作用进行综述。研究认为,大蒜素可通过影响运动机体的自由基代谢、骨骼肌与心肌的微损伤程度、炎症反应和心血管调节能力等方面,来防治运动性疲劳。医学与运动科学领域的相关研究成果提示大蒜素可能具有保护大强度运动机体Th1/Th2平衡的积极作用,而该作用的发生可能与T-bet和GATA3的不同调控作用有关。
Through the collation and analysis of domestic and foreign literature, the effects of allicin on exercise-induced fatigue were reviewed. Research suggests that allicin can prevent exercise-induced fatigue by affecting free radical metabolism in the body, micro-damage in skeletal muscle and myocardium, inflammatory response and cardiovascular regulation. Relevant research results in the fields of medicine and sports science suggest that allicin may have a positive effect on the protection of Th1 / Th2 balance in high-intensity exercise, which may be related to the different regulation of T-bet and GATA3.
