宁夏教育学会中小学管理研究会成立大会暨第一届年会于1987年7月17日至18日在银川召开.参加这次大会的有各市县教育局、科或教研室的有关同志以及部分中小学的学校领导共40余人.会上,大家听取了宁夏教育学会负责人关于中小学管理研究会筹备及成立情况的汇报,互相宣读和交流了提交本届年会的20余篇论文,讨论并通过了研究会章程,选举了理事会,讨论了今后一年的研究课题. The inaugural meeting and the first annual meeting of the Ningxia Education Association’s Management Research Association for Primary and Secondary Schools was held in Yinchuan from July 17 to 18, 1987. The comrades and some comrades participating in this conference included the education bureaus, departments or teaching and research sections of cities and counties. There were more than 40 school leaders at the primary school. At the meeting, we listened to the reports of the leaders of the Ningxia Institute of Education on the preparation and establishment of the Management Research Association for Primary and Secondary Schools. They read each other and exchanged more than 20 papers submitted to this annual meeting. Passed the study constitution, elected the council, discussed the research topics in the coming year.
