[目的]探讨乳清蛋白肽对C57BL/6J小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。[方法]60只雄性断乳小鼠随机分为1个阴性对照组和低(0.225%)、中(0.45%)、高(1.35%)3个乳清蛋白肽干预组,每组15只动物,连续喂养30d。然后依次进行跳台、穿梭箱及Morris水迷宫3个行为学实验,分别检验动物的被动回避、主动回避及空间记忆能力。[结果]跳台实验结果显示,与对照组相比,3个乳清蛋白肽干预组训练后24h和d5的平均潜伏期和错误次数差异均无统计学意义;穿梭箱实验结果显示,0.225%和0.45%乳清蛋白肽干预组的整体电击次数显著少于对照组(P﹤0.05),3个乳清蛋白肽干预组的电击时间均明显少于对照组(P﹤0.05),3个乳清蛋白肽干预组的主动回避时间均明显多于对照组(P﹤0.05);Morris水迷宫实验结果显示,1.35%乳清蛋白肽干预组找到平台所经过的路程显著少于对照组(P﹤0.01),3个乳清蛋白肽干预组的动物穿越平台次数均显著多于对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]一定剂量的乳清蛋白肽能够改善C57BL/6J小鼠的学习记忆能力。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of whey protein peptide on learning and memory ability of C57BL / 6J mice. [Methods] Sixty male weanling mice were randomly divided into a negative control group and low (0.225%), medium (0.45%) and high (1.35%) three whey protein peptide intervention groups, 15 animals in each group , Continuous feeding 30d. Then three behavioral experiments such as platform jumping, shuttle box and Morris water maze were conducted to examine the animals’ passive avoidance, active avoidance and spatial memory respectively. [Results] Compared with the control group, the experimental results of jumping platform showed that there was no significant difference in the average incubation period and the number of errors between 24h and d5 after training in the three whey protein peptide groups. The results of shuttle box showed that 0.225% and 0.45 The total number of shocks in the intervention group with lactopeptide (%) was significantly less than that in the control group (P <0.05). The shock time of the three whey protein peptide intervention groups was significantly less than that of the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The results of Morris water maze test showed that the route of finding platform by 1.35% whey protein peptide intervention group was significantly less than that of control group (P <0.01) (P <0.05). The number of animal crossing platform of three whey protein peptide intervention groups was significantly more than that of the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] A certain dose of whey protein peptide can improve the learning and memory ability of C57BL / 6J mice.
