对羧烃基和羧酸高级脂肪醇酯共同改性硅油 ,在多种条件下进行了乳化试验 ,用MASTERSIZE 2 0 0 0激光衍射粒度分析仪测试乳液粒度。结果表明 :羧烃基和羧酸高级脂肪醇酯共同改性的硅油PHMS -g-AA -SA乳液 ,其粒度明显比羧酸高级脂肪醇酯改性硅油的更小 ,乳液稳定性更好 ,改性硅油PHMS -g -AA -SA的最佳乳化HLB值更高 ;在PHMS -g -AA -SA中 ,随着羧烃基含量增加而变得更易乳化 ;其乳液的稳定性在一定pH值范围内 ,随着pH值的升高而提高。
Modification of silicone oils with carboxyalkyl groups and carboxylic acid higher fatty alcohol esters was carried out under various conditions and emulsification tests were carried out. The emulsion particle size was measured with a MASTERSIZE 2000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer. The results showed that PHMS-g-AA-SA emulsion modified by carboxylic acid and carboxylic acid higher fatty alcohol ester was obviously smaller than that of carboxylic acid modified fatty ester modified silicone oil, and its emulsion stability was better The best emulsified HLB value of PHMS-g-AA-SA is higher.
