目的 :探讨去甲肾上腺素 (NE)诱导产生心肌细胞肥大的机制。方法 :采用测定心肌细胞直径及3 H 亮氨酸 (3 H leu)掺入率的方法 ,观察NE、哌唑嗪 (PRAZ)及普萘洛尔 (Pro)对SpragueWawley大鼠培养心肌细胞肥大的影响。结果 :NE可以促进心肌细胞直径增大及3 H leu掺入率的增加 (均P <0 .0 1)。PRAZ及Pro均可阻断NE的上述作用 ,以Pro的阻断作用最为显著。结论 :NE可促进心肌细胞肥大 ,而这种作用是通过PRAZ和Pro介导的 ,Pro起主要作用
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of norepinephrine (NE) -induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy. Methods: Cardiomyocyte hypertrophy was induced by NE, prazosin (PRAZ) and propranolol (Pro) in cultured cardiomyocytes of rats with SpragueWawley rats by measuring the diameter of myocardial cells and incorporation of 3 H leu influences. Results: NE increased the diameter of myocardial cells and the incorporation of 3 H leu (all P <0.01). PRAZ and Pro can block the above effects of NE, with Pro blocking the most significant. Conclusion: NE can promote cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, and this effect is mediated by PRAZ and Pro, Pro plays a major role
