随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,企业医院势必将以不同的形式参与到市场竞争中。在这种市场背景下,企业医院工会如何与企业的发展相呼应,团结广大员工,调动员工积极性,立足实际,创新管理工作,营造积极健康的企业文化,促进医院良好有序发展,成为了亟待解决的问题。本文分析企业医院工会管理存在的问题,提出如何创新工会管理工作,充分发挥企业医院工会的作用。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical system, the enterprises and hospitals are bound to participate in market competition in different forms. Under such a market background, how to unite the hospital unions with the development of the enterprise, unite the staff, mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, base themselves on the actual situation, innovate the management work, create a positive and healthy corporate culture, and promote the good and orderly development of the hospital has become an urgent need solved problem. This article analyzes the problems existing in the management of trade unions in enterprises and proposes how to innovate the management of trade unions and give full play to the role of trade unions in enterprises.
