应用高效液相色谱法测定了15个2,4-二氨基-5-甲基-6-(取代苯氨基)甲基-吡啶[2,3-d]并嘧啶类化合物的保留值,由此推算了它们的脂水分配系数(正辛醇/水).所用固定相为SpherisorbC18(34/118)10μ4.6mm×200mm反向柱,流动相为甲醇-水(57∶43,pH=7.4).所得脂水分配系数(对数值)与用取代基π值计算的数值相差较大
