应用高效液相色谱法测定了１５个２，４－二氨基－５－甲基－６－（取代苯氨基）甲基－吡啶［２，３－ｄ］并嘧啶类化合物的保留值，由此推算了它们的脂水分配系数（正辛醇／水）．所用固定相为ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣ１８（３４／１１８）１０μ４．６ｍｍ×２００ｍｍ反向柱，流动相为甲醇－水（５７∶４３，ｐＨ＝７．４）．所得脂水分配系数（对数值）与用取代基π值计算的数值相差较大
