教育自古以来就是老师与学生双方的问题,并不像是很多人看来某一方特有的问题。教师与学生是一对双生的矛盾体,只是由于从表面上看起来,教师占据着这一问题天然的主体地位,造成很多人忽略了对于客观存在的学生客体问题的关注。要想提高教育教学质量,提高教师的素质与学生的素质必须同步进行,而且作为天然主体的教师队伍,需要担负更高的素质提高责任,因为你无法控制所有入学的孩子都是一个模子里出来的,都是一样的热爱学习。相对而言,教师群体的特点是接受过较高的素质教育,有较强的素质理念。在某种程度上,他们自己素质的高低有可能会对学生一生的发展起到很大的影响作用。因此在本课题上应该采取先提高教师队伍的素质,来促进和加速学生素质教育的改革步伐。
Education has been a problem for both teachers and students since ancient times, and is not like a problem unique to many people. Teachers and students are a pair of paradoxes of contradiction, simply because teachers apparently occupy the natural dominant position of the issue and cause many people to ignore the concern about the objective existence of the student object. In order to improve the quality of education and teaching, improving the quality of teachers and the quality of students must be synchronized, and teachers as natural subjects need to assume higher quality and higher responsibility because you can not control all the children who are enrolled in school. All are the same love to learn. Relatively speaking, the characteristics of the teacher community have received a higher quality of education, a strong concept of quality. To some extent, their own level of quality may have a great impact on the development of students’ life. Therefore, we should first improve the quality of teachers to promote and accelerate the pace of quality education reform.
