某锰银矿矿山生产中采用氰化浸出回收银,多年生产得到的尾矿中银品位68 g/t,锰品位4.6%。用重选—常温酸浸工艺对该尾矿中银的回收进行了研究,考查了重选、浸出过程中酸的用量、浸出时间和搅拌速度等因素对银浸出率的影响。结果表明,重选得到锰银粗精矿后,在质量浓度为15%的氯化钠溶液中,硫酸用量为40 kg/t,常温下搅拌浸出48 h,银的浸出率为72.5%,尾矿中的银得到了较好的回收。
In a manganese ore mine, silver cyanide leaching was used to recover the silver. The tailings produced in the past years had a silver grade of 68 g / t and a manganese grade of 4.6%.
