全元素肥料是天津市植物营养研究所刘成才所长发明的国家专利产品。他是把植物生长所需要的各种化学元素碳、氢、氮、磷、钾、钙、镁等20种元素按一定比例配置成的一种能保证植物生长营养协调平衡,达到农作物高产、优质、抗病虫的肥料。曾获北京国际博览会金奖、华北科技交易会特别奖、新加坡国际专利技术展示会金狮奖。 1995年我场用全元素肥料在水稻、棉花、冬小麦及果树上应用,都取得了明显的效果。粮食增产7.65％,新增产值4.57万元。如四分场在水稻田示范250亩,平均亩增产46公斤,成本降低8.4元,产值增加124.2元。
