提供了一种化学镀镍硼合金途径。采用硼氢化钠为还原剂,乙二胺为络合剂,加入适量稳定剂,在铝基体上施镀两种含硼量的镀层。还研究了热处理对化学镀镍硼合金镀层的组织结构与性能的影响,并研究了硼与镍在整个镀层的分布。
An electroless nickel-boron alloy approach is provided. Using sodium borohydride as a reducing agent and ethylenediamine as a complexing agent, adding an appropriate amount of stabilizing agent, plating two kinds of coatings containing boron on the aluminum substrate. The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of the electroless nickel-boron alloy coating was also studied. The distribution of boron and nickel throughout the coating was also investigated.
