针对煤矿用钻杆摩擦焊接工序生产设备分散、生产管理难度大且定制开发的控制系统难以接入成熟监控平台的问题,通过详细分析加工工序特点、标准化控制系统输入输出接口,设计开发了基于组态软件的摩擦焊集群监控系统,实现了所有焊接设备的远程监控,并且能够对工艺、报警等参数进行远程设定,将生产管理信息纳入系统,实现了焊接工序在制品、质量检验等信息的集约化管理。现场应用表明:使用该系统降低了调度、工艺、技术等人员的管理难度,节省了协调组织时间,降低了钻杆摩擦焊接工序的生产管理成本,提高了生产效率。
