我国保障性住房—直是以房地产市场宏观调控政策的姿态为房地产市场服务的,但是随着我国城市住房需求的不断增长,保障性住房已经不单单只是稳定房地产市场的“配角”了,它成为解决中低收入居民住房困难问题的渠道。因此,针对目前我国保障性住房供给机制中存在的诸多问题,多渠道扩充、合理选择保障性住房供给方式是十分重要的。
