由于现在矿井上存在着很多影响煤矿生产安全的因素,如设备、环境和人为因素等,本设计提出了基于无线的矿井自动化控制设备,该设备主要采用C8051F996超低功耗核心控制器和nRF905单片无线射频收发器芯片。本文首先描述了C8051F996芯片和nRF905无线射频芯片性能及特点,重点阐述了矿井无线控制的设备和实现与上位机交互的硬件设计。本设计采用无线方式完成生产设备的自动化控制,对于解决矿井特殊环境下操作安全问题探索了一条有效的途径。
Because there are many factors that affect coal mine safety now, such as equipment, environment and human factors, this design proposes a wireless mine-based automation control equipment, the device mainly uses C8051F996 ultra-low-power core controller and nRF905 single Chip RF transceiver chip. This article first describes the C8051F996 chip and nRF905 RF chip performance and features, focusing on mine wireless control equipment and to achieve interaction with the host computer hardware design. The design of a wireless way to complete the automation of production equipment, to solve operational safety in special mine environment to explore an effective way.
