法兰连接是装配式多高层钢结构中箱型柱全螺栓拼接的一种新方法,为研究箱型柱与柱法兰连接在拉力、弯矩、剪力组合作用下的受力性能,运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对具有不同法兰厚度、螺栓边距、螺栓孔直径的11个法兰节点柱进行了分析。有限元分析表明:法兰厚度是法兰连接承载力、刚度、撬力大小的主要影响因素,螺栓边距会影响螺栓撬力的大小,螺栓孔径对法兰连接节点的力学性能没有影响。
Flange connection is a new method of splicing box-type studs in multi-high-rise steel structures. In order to study the mechanical behavior of box-type columns and flange connections under tension, bending moment and shear force combination, ABAQUS, a finite element analysis software, analyzes 11 flanged node columns with different flange thicknesses, bolt margins, and bolt hole diameters. The finite element analysis shows that the thickness of the flange is the main factor affecting the bearing capacity, stiffness and prying force of the flange connection. The bolt margin will affect the size of the prying force. The bolt aperture has no influence on the mechanical properties of the flange joint.
