本文是笔者一堂课后的教学反思。面对学生提出“以后类似活动多搞搞,这比上课好多啦!”的要求和课堂评价,笔者陷入了深思和忧虑:这堂课成功在哪?以往的课呢?学生喜欢吗?别的老师的课呢?笔者以为,这堂课成功的关键是活动,是创设了适合学生的课堂活动。许多教师宁愿自己“辛苦”地讲授,而不愿让学生“快乐”地活动的原因主要有:教育理念不新,教学技能不高,教师责任不强。并据此提出三方面针对性措施:更新教育理念,提高教学技能,加强教师责任。
This article is a reflection of the author’s teaching after class. In the face of students’ requests for more similar activities and more engaging activities after class than classrooms, the author is in deep thought and anxiety: Where did the class succeed? What class did students like? The other teacher’s lesson? I believe that the key to the success of this lesson is activity, is to create a classroom activities suitable for students. Many teachers prefer to teach themselves “hard”, not to let students “happiness ” activities are mainly due to: the concept of education is not new, teaching skills are not high, teacher responsibility is not strong. According to it, three measures are put forward, such as updating education concept, improving teaching skills and strengthening teachers’ responsibility.
