某电厂的6kV厂用电由于电抗器的存在,导致大电机起动时系统的电压降低到80%甚至更低,严重降低了厂用电供电的可靠性。通过具体事例,分析了电厂供电系统中采用电抗器限制短路电流存在的问题,论述了大容量高速开关装置(简称FSR)的特点,详细介绍了FSR的工作原理。该厂采用FSR与电抗器并联后,彻底消除了电抗器长时间运行存在的突出问题,保障了该厂厂用电供电的可靠性。
A 6kV plant power plant due to the presence of reactors, leading to a large motor system voltage drop to 80% or even lower, seriously reducing the reliability of plant electricity supply. Through concrete examples, the problems of using reactor to limit short circuit current in power supply system of power plant are analyzed. The characteristics of large capacity high speed switchgear (FSR) are discussed, and the working principle of FSR is introduced in detail. After FSR and reactor are connected in parallel, the plant completely eliminates the outstanding problems of long-term reactor operation and ensures the reliability of power supply of the plant.
