基于房地产市场宏观调控牵涉面广、对整体经济影响较大的实际情况,为了确保宏观调控达到预期的目标,本文首先提出了构建我国房地产市场宏观调控体系的必要性,阐述了房地产市场宏观调控应达到的目标与所应遵循的指导原则,然后从组织保证、法制建设、市场失灵治理、政府关系协调以及流动性过剩化解等方面,对房地产市场宏观调控体系的内容进行探讨。
