目前火电厂单机负荷控制方式难以实现厂内机组间负荷的优化分配和调度,本文利用厂级AGC开展基于环保节能的厂级负荷优化分配技术研究与应用。优化后的AGC系统既能满足电网安全经济运行的需要,又能提高发电厂节能与协调运行水平,还可以减小电厂机组异常对电网造成的冲击,有利于提高机组的安全稳定性能。并以实际算例说明,与其他负荷分配方式相比,利用厂级负荷优化分配系统时发电厂的总煤耗量最低、经济性最好。
At present, it is difficult to realize the optimal distribution and dispatching of load among plants in single power plant load control mode. In this paper, plant-level AGC is used to study and apply plant-level load distribution optimization technology based on environmental protection and energy saving. The optimized AGC system not only meets the need of safe and economic operation of power grid, but also improves the energy saving and coordinated operation of power plants, reduces the impact caused by abnormal power plant units on the power grid, and improves the safety and stability of the units. The actual example shows that compared with other load distribution methods, the total coal consumption of power plants is the lowest and the economy is the best.
