急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)病情凶险,死亡率极高,发病机理仍未完全阐明.近年在实验性胰腺炎模型中应用TNF-α单克隆抗体显示能减轻病变和延长动物的存活时间,从而证实了细胞因子在AP发病中的作用,并由此引发了众多的细胞因子拮抗剂及新颖的免疫干预治疗的出现.本文就细胞因子在AP发病与转归中的作用及其免疫干预治疗的研究进展作一概述.1 前炎症性细胞因子在AP发病中的作用
