网络的急速发展催生出一个“人人都有麦克风,人人都是新闻发言人”的时代。人们的言论在网络这一便利介质上获得了最大限度的自由释放,思想便也百花齐放,可谓生机勃勃。但也不难看到,一粒粒谣言的种子也随之撒入了网络的泥土。“虚拟世界”里,言论自由的边界日益模糊,谣言的层出不穷给社会的稳定和谐带来了极大危害。日前,公安部开展了集中打击网络有组织制造传播谣言等违法犯罪专项行动。一些微博上备受追捧的“网络名人”正面临道德、法律的双重困境。人们理应明白:网络世界是公共领域的一部分,不是法外之地。网络造谣、传谣的后果,也并非删除“140个字”了事。
The rapid development of the Internet has given birth to an era where everyone has a microphone and everyone is a spokesman. People’s speech has enjoyed maximum freedom of release on the convenient medium of the Internet, and its ideas are flourishing and full of vitality. But it is not hard to see that the seeds of a grain of rumor will also be scattered into the soil of the network. “Virtual world ”, the boundary of freedom of speech is increasingly blurred, rumors endless stream of social stability and harmony has brought great harm. Recently, the Ministry of Public Security launched a special campaign to crack down on illegal and criminal activities, such as focusing on cracking down on the Internet and organizing the spread of rumors. Some microblogging sought after “Internet celebrity ” is facing the dual dilemmas of morality and law. One should understand that the online world is part of the public sphere and not an extralegal.
