目的:研究败酱科缬草属植物蜘蛛香的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、中压色谱、制备型HPLC等方法进行分离,采用NMR、MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从蜘蛛香的二氯甲烷提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:紫花前胡次素(1)、decursitin B(2)、decursitin A(3)、3’(S)-acetoxy-4’(R)-angeloyloxy-3’,4’-dihydroxanthyletin(4)、8-乙酰广藿香醇(5)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(6)。结论:其中,化合物1~4、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the spider incense of valerian genus. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, medium pressure chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by NMR and MS. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the spider incense of dichloromethane extract and identified as pristinin (1), decursitin B (2), decursitin A (3), 3 ’(S) -acetoxy-4 (R) -angeloyloxy-3 ’, 4’-dihydroxanthyletin (4), 8-acetyl patchoulol (5), and dibutyl phthalate (6). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 4,6 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
