近年来,人们对中职技能教育的重视程度越来越高,积极开拓中职技能培训的新模式,其中校企一体化就是近几年逐渐发展壮大的培训形式之一。校企一体化教学模式加强自我学习、自主学习的意愿,更好满足中职生的学习需求,创新中职技能教育形式,丰富职业教育的内容内涵,值得在实践中推广。但是校企一体化汽车实训课程在实践中也存在一些具体分析,本文针对这些具体问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策。
In recent years, people attach more importance to secondary vocational and technical education and actively develop new modes of secondary vocational skills training. Among them, the integration of school and enterprise is one of the forms of training that has gradually developed and expanded in recent years. The integrated teaching model of school-enterprise strengthens the desire of self-learning and self-learning, meets the learning needs of secondary vocational students better, innovates the forms of secondary vocational and technical education, enriches the content connotation of vocational education, and is worth popularizing in practice. However, there are also some concrete analyzes in the practice of integrated automobile training courses for school-enterprise. This paper analyzes these specific problems and puts forward corresponding solutions.
