由中华儿童保健学会心理行为发育学组主持召开的第一届全国儿童心理行为发育学术研讨会于1996年9月23日～26日在山东省青岛市召开。共有171名代表参加大会,其中高级职称者共83名。他们来自全国22个省市自治区。大会共收到论文245篇,涉及到儿童心理行为发育的各个领域,但主要集中在量表、多动性障碍、功能性遗尿症及心理行为治疗等4个主题方面。会议讨论并原则通过的《关于儿童心理行为发育基本应用量表的建议》,《多动性障碍的诊断及防治方案》,《功能性遗尿症的诊断及防治方案》,《高危新生儿智能发育干预常规》以及《妇幼保健机构中的儿童心理卫生科的工作任务及内容》的建议,将对我国儿童心理行为的保健及疾病防治起到积极的促进作用,为提高我国儿童的保健水平及生命质量做出贡献。
The first session of the National Symposium on Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children, chaired by the Chinese Association of Child Health Care Psychological and Behavioral Sciences, was held on September 23-26, 1996 in Qingdao, Shandong Province. A total of 171 delegates attended the conference, including a total of 83 senior titles. They come from 22 provinces and autonomous regions nationwide. The conference received a total of 245 papers, covering all aspects of children’s psychological behavior and development, but mainly in the scale, hyperactivity disorder, functional enuresis and psychological behavior therapy and other four topics. The meeting discussed and approved in principle “on the basic application of psychological development of children scale recommendations,” “diagnosis and prevention and treatment of hyperactivity disorder program,” “functional enuresis diagnosis and prevention programs”, “high-risk intelligence development of newborns Intervention Routine ”and“ Work Tasks and Contents of Children’s Mental Health Branch in MCH, ”which will play a positive role in promoting the health and disease prevention and control of children’s psychological behavior in our country.
