日本神户钢铁公司加古川钢厂的3号板坯连铸机,为了提高连铸板坯的质量,而在连铸机的二次冷却区应用了一种辊内的电磁搅拌装置。在双流连铸机的每个铸流上共设置4对电磁搅拌辊,可对应于铸速选用3对或4对搅拌辊进行搅拌。该板坯连铸机所浇铸的板坯的尺寸为230×960~1770mm。所用的电磁搅拌辊的技术规格为:最大搅拌功率分别为52kW(1,2对辊)、71kW(3,4对辊),最大电流分别为365A(1,2对辊)、400A(3,4对辊),电磁搅拌辊的辊径分别为250mm(1,2对辊)、305mm(3,4对辊)。
No.3 slab caster at Kakogawa Steel Works, Kobe Steel, Japan, used a roller-type electromagnetic stirrer in the secondary cooling zone of the continuous casting machine in order to improve the quality of continuous casting slabs. A total of 4 pairs of electromagnetic stirring rollers are arranged on each casting strand of the twin-strand caster, and three pairs or four pairs of stirring rollers can be used for stirring corresponding to the casting speed.
