航班延误一向是民航服务质量的老大难问题,也是公众媒体关注航空运输的热点话题,自从总局公布延误补偿指导意见后,更成为焦点。公众的关注仅仅集中在如何赔,赔多少的问题上。 但是对于行业内部的讨论,比补偿更重要的是,要找出影响航班运行的核心问题,更关键的是要找到问题的解决办法,并切实地去解决问题。本期,记者采访了航空公司及业内相关人士,对影响航班运营的一些问题进行了初步探讨。另外,约请民航管理干部学院董念清副教授对欧盟即将实行的延误补偿规定做了介绍。在下一期中,我们将继续约请相关人士就航空公司如何科学管理航班,安排航班计划;空管部门如何优化空管资源;在航班延误的状态下旅客和员工的心理及应该如何正确应对等话题进行讨论。同时欢迎更多的业内人士发表意见。
Flight delays have always been a persistent problem in the service quality of civil aviation. It is also a hot topic for the public media to focus on air transport. Since the SAIC announced the guidance on delay compensation, it has become the focus of attention. The public’s attention has focused solely on how to pay and how much to pay. But more importantly, for discussions within the industry than compensation, it is even more crucial to find the core issues that affect the operation of the flight. It is even more crucial to find a solution to the problem and to actually solve the problem. This issue, the reporter interviewed the airline and industry stakeholders, affecting some of the problems of flight operations conducted a preliminary discussion.
