当今,越来越多企业、学校采取校企联合的模式各取所需,企业借助学校的生源储备后备力量,降低用工成本;学校利用企业的场地、设备及优秀员工的技能以达到提高学生实践技能的目的,同时打通就业渠道,以提高生源数量、质量,打响学校品牌。为了达到这理想中的双赢局面,如何管理技校生成为每个企业的一项课题,本文试图从这个角度来阐述。
