冠状血管舒张药硝苯啶是强光敏的,尤其是它的溶液。在可见光中,它转变成4-(2’-亚硝基苯基)-吡啶(2);暴露于紫外光中,它变成4-(2’-硝基苯基)-吡啶(3)。本文叙述一种简易、快速的~1H NMR光谱法,定量测定药物制剂中硝苯啶及其光分解产物。作者对市售的硝苯啶胶囊、软胶囊、片剂和缓释片,用本法与USP NF17版方法进行对比试验。两者测定结果的最大之差为1%。本法的回收率为98.5%~100.5%。
Coronary vasodilator nifedipine is strongly photosensitized, especially its solution. In visible light, it is converted to 4- (2’-nitrosophenyl) -pyridine (2); it is converted to 4- (2’-nitrophenyl) . This article describes a simple and rapid ~ 1H NMR spectroscopy for the quantitative determination of nifedipine and its photolysis products in pharmaceutical preparations. The author of nifedipine capsules, soft capsules, tablets and sustained-release tablets, the method with the USP NF17 version of the method of comparative tests. The difference between the two measurements is 1%. The recovery rate of this law is 98.5% ~ 100.5%.
