双波长等吸收法测定酒中铅是在双硫腙混色法测定铅的基础上设计的。本法与其它测定铅方法比较,结果显示:该法简便易行所用仪器简单与混色法相同,准确度、精密度(CV=4.4%)都较理想,平均回收率达98.64%。
Determination of lead in the wine by dual-wavelength isobaric absorption is based on the determination of lead by the dithizone colorimetric method. Compared with other methods for determination of lead, the results show that the method is simple and easy to use. The instruments used are the same as the color mixing method. The accuracy and precision (CV = 4.4%) are all satisfactory. The average recovery rate is 98.64% .
