埃尔托孤菌可在含有一定化学成份的水中粘附于丁质上,分泌几丁质酶利用几丁质而生存。根据这一原理,我们采用浙江医学研究院提供几丁质溶解环试验方法,对海南岛沿海及内陆地进行水质调查,判别各地自然水体是否能提供埃尔托孤菌利用几丁质的条件,探讨各类水质是否适合副霍乱的生存、繁殖。现将调查结果报告如下
