政府绩效评估是提高政府工作效率的重要综合管理工具,它不仅可以推动政府工作的内在需求,也可以提高政府工作的实际需要。伴随着服务型政府理念的提出和在我国地方政府的实施,怎样建设服务型政府和怎样提高服务型政府的绩效是我国当前必须考虑和解决的一个重大问题。为了加快推动我国服务型政府的建设和促进我国政府转型的速度,只有完善服务型政府的绩效评估,才能让服务型政府和政府绩效评估完美结合。文章主要讨论了我国应该采取怎样有效的方法在服务型政府的视角下更好地推动我国政府绩效评估的发展,首先主要指出了我国地方政府绩效评估出现的问题,根据我国地方政府绩效中出现的问题提出了解决当前我国地方政府绩效评估面临问题的策略。
Government performance evaluation is an important and comprehensive management tool to improve the efficiency of government work. It can not only promote the inherent demand of government work, but also improve the actual needs of government work. With the idea of service-oriented government and the implementation of local government in our country, how to build a service-oriented government and how to improve the performance of service-oriented government is a major issue that our country must consider and solve.
