2006年,万源市就业局在市委市政府的领导下,在市劳动保障局以及上级业务部门的具体指导下,牢固树立“人本服务”的理念,以创新为出发点,以务实为落脚点,不断强化服务意识,改善服务环境,扩大服务功能,提升服务质量,努力推进就业服务“新三化”,全面完成了各项目标任务。全市新增就业2420人,完成目标任务的105%;下岗失业人员和失地无业农民再就业2100人,完成目标任务的161%,其中“4050”等困难对象再就业565人,完成目标任务的134%,零就业家庭实现再就业265户,完成目标任务的149%;失业保险参保人数12320人,完成目标任务的107%,其中新增扩面3005人;失业保险基金征收150万元,完成目标任务的188%;公共职介机构为城乡各类求职者提供免费职业介绍2650人,再就业培训675人;就业型企业新吸纳安置390人,社区就业实体吸纳安置215人,直接组织劳务输出1516人;城镇登记失业率控制在4.45%。
