目的调查高职院校护生职业价值观和职业认同水平。方法采用职业价值观和职业认同量表对某高职院校368名在校护生进行问卷调查。结果护生职业认同量表总分为(98.54±14.26)分,处于中等水平;职业价值观量表得分为(80.36±27.25)分。结论学校及医院有必要加强护生职业认同教育,提升护生职业价值感。
Objective To investigate the occupational values and professional identity of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 368 nursing students in a vocational college with occupational values and occupational identification scale. Results The total score of nursing students’ occupational identity scale was (98.54 ± 14.26) points, which was at the middle level. The occupational value scale score was (80.36 ± 27.25) points. Conclusion It is necessary for schools and hospitals to strengthen the vocational identity education of nursing students and enhance the sense of occupational value of nursing students.
