某矿的具体地质条件表明近距离倾斜煤层下部回采巷道采用重叠式布置时,矿压显现剧烈。现场监测表明其松动圈大小约为3 m,两帮及顶底板相对移近量均超过50 cm,巷道维护困难。采用数值模拟表明上部煤层回采时所留煤柱对下部两侧倾斜煤层的影响范围是不一致的,上区段煤层的运输顺槽应至少内错2 m,下区段煤层的回风顺槽应至少内错8 m才能避开上部煤柱集中应力的影响,理论计算结果与之基本吻合。
The specific geological conditions of a mine indicate that when the mining roadway at the lower part of the inclined coal seam with close distance is arranged in an overlapping manner, the mine pressure appears drastically. On-site monitoring showed that the size of its loose ring was about 3 m, the relative amounts of the two gangs and the top and bottom plates moved closer to each other by more than 50 cm, and the roadway maintenance was difficult. Numerical simulations show that the influence of the coal pillar left on the upper coal seam when mining is inconsistent with the inclined coal seam on the lower two sides is inconsistent. The transportation of the upper coal seam should be at least 2 m inside. At least the internal error of 8 m can avoid the influence of the concentrated stress of the upper coal pillar. The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with them.
