[目的]探讨大剂量氯丙嗪治疗癫痫持续状态的疗效。[方法]予氯丙嗪25～50mg加入生理盐水100ml中静滴,0.83mg/min。[结果]经大剂量氯丙嗪治疗后,患者于30～60min内癫痫持续状态控制。[结论]大剂量氯丙嗪可治疗癫痫持续状态。
[Objective] To investigate the efficacy of high-dose chlorpromazine in the treatment of status epilepticus. [Method] To 25 ~ 50mg chlorpromazine added 100ml of normal saline intravenous infusion, 0.83mg / min. [Results] After high-dose chlorpromazine treatment, the patients in 30 ~ 60min control of status epilepticus. [Conclusion] High-dose chlorpromazine can treat status epilepticus.
