为解决采空区下特厚煤层综放开采回采巷道矿压显现强烈的问题,以国投塔山煤矿3-5~#煤层30501工作面为工程背景,在采矿学、矿压相关理论的指导下,综合运用多种现场实测的方法,对工作面两巷不同位置处的煤柱应力分布、锚杆(索)工作载荷、巷道围岩裂隙及松动圈发育、巷道变形等规律进行了深入的监测分析。分析结果充分揭示了采空区下特厚煤层综放开采不同位置处回采巷道强矿压显现的诱发机理。
In order to solve the problem of strong underground pressure in fully mechanized top coal caving mining tunnel under goaf, taking the No.350 ~ # seam 30501 in Tashan Coal Mine as an engineering background, under the guidance of mining and ore pressure theories , Comprehensively using a variety of on-site measurement methods, conducted in-depth monitoring of the coal pillar stress distribution, bolt (cable) working load, the surrounding rock fracture and loose ring development, roadway deformation and other laws at two different positions of the working face analysis. The analysis results fully reveal the inducing mechanism of the strong pressure in the mining gateway at different positions of fully mechanized top coal caving mining under the special thickness coal seam.
