校本教研是基于学校学科教学和教师专业发展面临的主要问题而进行的个体思考基础上的集体研讨,是最贴近教学、具有实效性的教学研究活动,对教学质量的提高和教师专业素养的提升有着重要作用。校本教研重在“研”(研究)和“真”(真问题)。但是,校本教研质量参差不齐,有效性、研究性是其短板。以下结合成都市青羊区中学历史校本教研观摩赛活动情况,谈谈相关的实践与思考。参加本次校本教研观摩活动的学校有12所。
